Happy Father’s Day – Math Lecture

 

FRONT TEXT:
A son asks, “Dad, can you help us with our math homework?
Dad said, “Sure!”

3 Hours later…

Dad said, “So, then, you just calculate the eigenvectors of the covariance matrix and these will serve as an orthonormal basis for a completely decorreclated sample set! It’s so brilliant, yet so simple. Am I right, kids or am I right?

I did quick sketches for about 13 minutes. Trying to create a facial expression was not that hard. My goal was I was trying to capture Milky’s feisty personality! Indeed, Milky is feisty.
